FAN4ALL

FAN 4ALL is an initiative highlighting the five guiding principles of FAN: Inclusion, Diversity, Representativeness, Accessibility, Dignified Work. Through the FAN4ALL Commitment, we ensure that all programming, management, and communication reflect non-discriminatory and diverse practices. Both the FAN team and the FAN audiences are the target of the FAN 4ALL actions.

We aim at creating inclusive film festivals and foster equitable opportunities for filmmakers from underrepresented backgrounds. We move towards highlighting the work of LGBTQIA+ creators, filmmakers with disabilities, and emerging voices from across cultures and identities. Simultaneously, all screenings and online platforms (like the FAN website and FAN.HUB) are designed to be fully accessible. 

FAN 4ALL is more than a commitment: it is a movement for meaningful and sustainable inclusion in cinema. Our desired outcome is creating sustainable stories shaped by equity, inclusion, and true diversity.
